    Responsibilities

    • Business Analysis
      • Define functional requirements in a collaborative manner with business and technical units to provide cost-efficient solutions
      • Provide research and overall analysis of software systems, needs, risks, utilization, and performance objectives
      • Communicate requirements in appropriate forms including diagrams, use cases, user stories, scenarios, screen mockups, flowcharts, reports, and acceptance criteria
      • Conduct surveys, interviews, workshops, task analysis, and presentations as needed
