ArborFest

We’re kicking off our spring planting season at ArborFest, our annual spring community tree planting, on the final weekend of April. This year’s ArborFest marks a special milestone for Friends as our 10th Arbor Day tree-planting event.

Join us in the Boston Square and Oakdale neighborhoods on the southeast side of Grand Rapids to plant 200 trees in two days! Both shifts will start and stop at River City Scholars Charter Academy.

SHIFT TIMES:
Friday, April 25: 1-4pm (100 trees)
Saturday, April 26: 9am-12pm (100 trees)

Argyle Arbor Day 2025

Similar to last year’s event, the Town of Argyle will be hosting a drive-through style event, to be held at Argyle Town Hall – 308 Denton Street, Argyle, TX 76226, on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Argyle Mayor will have a table for residents to chat and grab coffee and donuts as they drive through and pick up their tree. Keep Argyle Beautiful and local certified arborists, will also be in attendance to share program information and assist with planting best practices.

Beaverton Neighborhood Planting

Let's plant trees together in Beaverton! Meet up at Vose Elementary School to purchase and/or plant trees.
Interested in receiving a tree? Click http://bit.ly/43aqtlN to purchase a tree for your household. Dozens of large (6-10' tall) trees will be ready for planting in their new homes, and your help is what makes this community planting possible!

Boulder Tree Seedling Giveaway

Back for another year, Boulder’s Forestry staff are teaming up with the PLAY Boulder Foundation and Cool Boulder to give away tree seedlings to Boulder community members on Saturday, April 26 starting at 8 a.m. at Boulder Farmer's Market at 13th and Arapahoe. The Arbor Day event first comes, first “treed.”

Bound Brook Arbor Day Celebration

Join the Bound Brook Shade Tree Commission in partnership with the Bound Brook School District for the annual Arbor Day Celebration. Hear the reading of the 2025 Mayoral Arbor Day Proclamation. Help with the planting of a new tree in front of Lafayette Elementary School and learn proper planting techniques. Stop by with your tree related questions and pick-up resource materials. Weather permitting we'll have tree crafts for the kids.
