How to Order
To Order One Card at a Time without uploading a list
- 1. Choose your product.
- 2. Select your price per tree and shipping method. Click Personalize.
- 3. The designer will now open. Under the Options tab, select your forest and if you would like to be included in the online tree registry. If you selected $2 per tree for multiple trees (5 minimum), you will need to select the tree quantity first. If you selected 1 tree for $5, you will not need to select a tree quantity because the card will default to one tree.
- 4. Personalize your card under the Customization tab. Here you will enter the honoree’s name, giver’s name, occasion (if you are ordering a Trees in Celebration Certificate) and needed addresses.
- 5. Save the data you have entered at the bottom of the Customization tab by selecting the Save Data button. Once you have saved your data on your card/certificate, you can add another one by selecting the Add Card button (continue doing so until you have entered all cards). To view all the cards you have entered, use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom or press View List next to the Add Card button. To make edits, type directly into the field needing editing and then Save Data.
- 6. Once all cards are entered and approved, check the box by “I have reviewed and approve image print quality”, and then Add to Cart.




To Order Multiple Cards through a list upload
Note: The upload template has changed. Be sure to download the template associated with the product you’re ordering available in the customization section, shown in step 4.

- 1. Choose your product.
- 2. Select your price per tree and shipping method. Click Personalize.
- 3. The designer will now open. Under the Options tab, select your forest and if you would like to be included in the online tree registry. If you selected $2 per tree for multiple trees (5 minimum), you will need to select the tree quantity first. If you selected 1 tree for $5, you will not need to select a tree quantity because the card will default to one tree.
- 4. Select the Download Multi-Recipient Template, expand the fields to show what information is needed, enter your data and then save the file to your desktop or somewhere you can easily find it. Then, choose the Upload Multi-Recipient Template and select the file you just saved. All of your cards should now be loaded and you can view or edit them by choosing the Previous or Next buttons at the button of the customization section or selecting View List at the top of that section. If you have any edits to make, do so in the field that needs editing and then select Save Data.
- 5. Once all cards are entered and approved, check the box by “I have reviewed and approve image print quality”, and then Add to Cart.




Tips
To get approved for invoicing, email [email protected] with your account name and say you’d like to be approved for invoicing. Once approved, you will see a blue ribbon on your account section page.

To save a credit card, do so when you are on the checkout page. Enter your card, then hit save.
To view/print an invoice, go to your order history, select the order, then click the green ‘Generate invoice’ button.
A username cannot be changed, but you can update the email on file. If the previous user has left the company, please contact [email protected] to update your account.
