Partners in Community Forestry City TeamsSustainable Community Partnerships Scholarship Program
The Arbor Day Foundation, The Alliance for Community Trees, the Society of Municipal Arborists, and the Utility Arborist Association are pleased to announce the creation of the City Teams partnerships program. The goal of the city teams program is to encourage the development of sustainable community partnerships and to strengthen existing collaboration within urban forestry programs around the country. Each partnering organization will select seven (7) two-person City Teams to receive conference scholarships and travel stipends to participate in this program and attend the Partners in Community Forestry National Conference for two consecutive years. The City Teams project is made possible by a grant from the U.S. Forest Service National Urban and Community Forestry Advisory Council.
