Registration Fee

The registration fee for this symposium is $279 when received before January 28 ($329 after January 28). This fee includes all materials, refreshment breaks, continental breakfasts, and lunches. It does not include lodging.

Symposium Schedule

Check-in for the symposium will begin at 8:00 AM, and the first session will convene at 8:30 AM on both days. The symposium will conclude at approximately 4:00 PM on Wednesday, February 4th.

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree Hotel Sacramento for the nights of February 2nd and 3rd at the rate of $109 queen, $109 king, and $109 double per night plus tax. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least one week prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. If you need to cancel less than one week before the program, your registration will be refunded less a $50 enrollment charge, or you may send a substitute from your organization. You are guaranteed a full refund of the registration fee if this symposium is cancelled for any reason.
