This seminar will examine the principles behind the concept of restoration as well as important issues, approaches, and techniques.

The practice of restoring native ecosystems is not only becoming more common, it is becoming a more crucial element in the effort to maintain natural systems and habitats. Abroad cross-section of professionals is involved in the restoration and creation of ecosystems across the country and around the world. The restoration of degraded ecosystems, or the creation of new ones, can be a powerful tool in environmental stewardship.

This seminar will examine the principles behind the concept of restoration as well as important issues, approaches, and techniques. Case studies will be included to provide real-world examples to show how you can apply what you learn in your own projects.
