Call For Presentations

You are invited to submit a presentation proposal for the Arbor Day Foundation’s 2011 Partners in Community Forestry National Conference, being held November 15–17, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

This annual urban forest gathering continues to serve as a platform for sharing:

  • Best practices in urban forest management
  • Sustainable partnership models
  • Innovations in community tree programs and projects
  • Recent developments in regulation
  • And many more

Presentation opportunities are available in general and breakout sessions, technology trainings and panel discussions. This unique event is designed to foster learning and sharing across traditional urban forestry groups, in addition to new organizations and audiences.

Special consideration will be given to creative presentations that incorporate and highlight partnerships and collaboration, as well as those providing time for audience engagement and small group work.

The program committee is currently reviewing proposals and developing the program. You will be notified by May 13 of the status of your proposal.
