La Chiapas Blend

Our Chiapas Blend coffee comes from the Nubes do Oro and Ismam Cooperatives in Chiapas Mexico. It's a french roast, which is a medium roast, taken a few (one and half to two and half) minutes after first crack. This coffee meets our strict guidelines for socially just economic practices and ecologically friendly farming techniques. A lush polyculture jungle covers and protects the coffee farms while providing a habitat for a diverse ecosystem. This farming method provides us with harder, denser beans with stronger, bolder origin characteristics. This bean boasts a light, fruity acidity which compliments its fully nutty body. Unique spicy tones complement the long smooth finish.
