In the jungles of Chancomayo, Peru a small village of coffee farmers banded together to create a better life for themselves and their families through coffee. Through this process they preserve the Peruvian forest that has been their families' home for generations. By drinking Arbor Day Coffee you will be helping farmers like Sonilda preserve the rainforest and to support her family through the income she earns from the coffee she grows.

Through hard work Sonilda grows, maintains, and harvests 27 acres of coffee grown underneath the canopy of trees on the side of mountain. She carefully picks the coffee by hand making sure that every bean is perfectly ripe so that you have the best cup of coffee possible. Help support Sonilda's family and farmers like her who are helping to preserve the rainforest by growing coffee as an understory crop.
